The Chinese ethnic dance class and hip-hop class of the Great Wall Dance School in Canada participated in the Canadian National Dance Championship. Their performances of the Qiang ethnic dance "Longing" and the hip-hop piece "Sad City" won first place in their respective categories, earning trophies and medals. This achievement has brought honor to Chinese dance in mainstream society.
