Payment Options:
Option # 1: Payment in full: $285.00. ($15.00 registration fee included).
Classes begin on September 10, 2011 and end on June 2, 2012
Option # 2: Pay in instalments as follows:
September 10, 2011 - $150.00 plus a $15.00 registration fee
January 1, 2012 - $150.00
Post-dated cheques MUST accompany all registration forms.
Option # 3: For registration after September 11, 2011 but before January 1, 2012, pay in full: $285.00
After January 1, 2012, pay in full: $210.00
Discount option:
2010-2011 returning students: $10 discount for payment made in full. Only for pre-registration (end at June)
Great Wall Members receive a $5.00 discount for payment made in full.
Only one of the above discount applies.
If you have two or more children registered at the school, an additional discount of $30.00 will be applied to the second child’s fee.
If you take 2 classes then the second class will take off $30.
No discount will be applied for option # 2.
Refund Policy:
Upon receipt of written notification to withdraw from classes, our refund policy applies as follows:
- Prior to the commencement of classes, a $15.00 registration fee per class is retained.
- Once classes have commenced, but prior to October 30th, 2011, 50% of the fees will be refunded less a $15.00 registration fee.
- After October 30th, 2011, NO refunds will be granted.
